Big Time Rush is an American pop-rock boy band formed in 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They first signed to Nick Records in 2009 before transferring to Columbia Records. The group appeared in Nickelodeon’s TV show Big Time Rush. From November 28th, 2009 to July 25, 2013, the show aired. The premiere episode introduced the group's first single for promotion, "Big Time Rush". The band has released three albums, including BTR in 2010 and Elevate in 2011, and 24/Seven in 2013.
